#Chiaseeds pack a punch of nutrients! #Omega3s, #antioxidants, #fiber, #iron, + #calcium are all in these tiny little seeds.
Chia seeds are great way to help lower #cholesterol levels + clean out #toxins from your digestive system. They absorb 10 times there water weight so you will be fuller longer & it will help you absorb nutrients easier. Can you say WOW!
This recipe is great for #foodprepping! Mix up a couple portions before you go to bed + in the morning you'll be good to go! I always mix a couple up in some jars + pop them in the fridge for a quick meal when I am busy!

I used mixed frozen berries, greek yogurt, dried fruit, + nuts for some crunch!
