SUMMARY:What Lives Beneath
DESCRIPTION:Sometimes the most radical thing you can do is slow down long enough to listen to what you’re actually carrying. \nNot to fix it. Not to figure it out. Not to push through it. \nJust to meet it so it can be shifted somatically & energetically at the same time. \nThis is a 2-hour sacred experience created by Karlee Rose & Simone K\, weaving together IFS Parts Work & ceremonial sound to create the conditions for what has been held internally to finally be witnessed\, softened & released. \nIFS works with the subconscious parts of you that are holding old patterns\, stress\, exhaustion & the quiet longing for something different. \nSound works with what words & awareness alone cannot reach\, moving through the nervous system\, the energetic field & the places the mind has been trying to get to for years. \nTogether\, these practices create a meeting point between awareness and embodiment\, psychology and ceremony. \nWhat You’ll Experience: \nCeremonial Opening Circle\nA grounding arrival into sacred space. Welcoming exactly where you are. \nHeart Opening Guided Drum Meditation\nA gentle guided meditation through the grounding pulse of the drum\, opening you to what is ready to be revealed & shifted. \nIFS Parts Work Practices with Simone\nThrough IFS (Internal Family Systems)-inspired inquiry\, you’ll gently explore the parts of you holding stress\, overwhelm\, exhaustion or a longing for something different. Rather than pushing past what you’re feeling\, you’ll be guided to slow down\, listen inward & meet these parts with curiosity & compassion. \nCeremonial Sound Immersion with Karlee\nCrystal singing bowls\, voice\, chimes\, drum & vocal transmission create an immersive space for your nervous system to settle\, your awareness to deepen & whatever is ready to shift to move through you. \nIntegration & Closing Circle\nSpace to land\, integrate & receive what moved through you. \nThis is for you if: \n✨You’ve been carrying something you haven’t had space to put down or don’t know how. \n✨You’re ready to meet yourself with more compassion\, love & less effort. \n✨ You sense there is something beneath the surface asking to be acknowledged. \n✨You want to experience what becomes possible when your inner world and your embodied experience get to be in conversation. \nWhat is IFS Parts Work: \nIFS (Internal Family Systems) is a therapeutic parts-work model that bridges psychology & spirituality. \nMost of us have parts\, the part that overthinks\, the part that shuts down\, the part that’s exhausted from holding everything together. IFS helps you bring compassionate awareness to those parts rather than pushing past or trying to fix them. \nThrough guided inquiry & somatic awareness\, you’ll be invited to slow down\, listen inward & meet what has been operating beneath the surface with curiosity & care. \nThis creates space for what has been held internally to be acknowledged\, processed & integrated. \nAnd from there it allows something new to become possible. \nInvestment\n$65 CAD — Single ticket\n$120 CAD — Bring a friend & save \nYour ticket includes the full 2-hour experience with both IFS Parts Work & Ceremonial Sound\, facilitated by Simone K & Karlee Rose. \n✨Come solo or bring someone you love. No experience is necessary. All are welcome. \nSAVE YOUR SPOT HERE! \nAbout the Facilitators: \nSIMONE K – ROOTED IN BETWEEN \nPsycho-Spiritual Guide\, Therapeutic Coach \nWith over a decade of coaching experience\, Simone is an IFS Institute–trained Internal Family Systems Practitioner\, Full Mesa Carrier\, and intuitive guide. \nHer work sits at the intersection of psychological integration and grounded spirituality\, supporting individuals in navigating their emotional world with both depth and stability and bringing unconscious patterns into conscious understanding so meaningful\, embodied change can occur. \nHer work is rooted in both lived experience and professional education\, allowing her to guide others through processes that support emotional integration\, self-awareness\, and inner stability. \nThrough a grounded and integrative approach\, Simone weaves therapeutic modalities\, intuitive insight\, and spiritual practices through a psycho-spiritual and psycho-shamanic lens. \nAt the heart of her work is a devotion to helping individuals become rooted in between—honoring both the human and spiritual dimensions of their experience while reconnecting to their own inner truth and authority. \nKARLEE ROSE \nCeremonial Sound Artist\, Embodiment Facilitator & the artist behind LUMINA \nWith over a decade of experience in the holistic wellness space\, including somatic practice\, nervous system rewiring\, feminine embodiment & sound\, sits underneath everything she creates. \nShe brings an initiatory dimension to the spaces she holds weaving shamanism\, consciousness & ceremony as living\, ongoing studies. \nShe has led sound journeys at stages & festivals across BC\, guided hundreds of people back into their gifts\, voice & highest expression\, & is recognized as a #1 bestselling author & Women in Business feature. \nIn this evening\, Karlee brings her intuitive ceremonial sound work into direct partnership with Simone’s parts work\, creating a field where what lives beneath finally has space to be met\, moved & released. \n* *Refund Policy** No Refunds shall take due to the nature of the event.
